Mumbai, India – Dr. Ikramuddin Kamil, Acting General Consul of Afghanistan in Mumbai, met with Indian citizens of Afghan origin to discuss community concerns and strengthen ties.
Representatives expressed gratitude for the Consulate’s support and shared suggestions to address key issues. Dr. Kamil assured them of the Consulate’s commitment to resolving concerns and emphasized that the Consulate is a home for all Afghans, with its doors always open.
He commended the community for preserving their language and culture, noting their valuable role in fostering positive relations between Afghanistan and India. The Consulate remains dedicated to providing further support and facilitation to the community.
