All applicants are required to visit the Consulate in person and submit the following documents at the initial stage of the application process: 

• Original Afghan Passport and one photocopy.
• Copy of the Tazkira (National Identity Card).
• Duly completed Application Form.
• Original Birth Certificate and one photocopy

If the applicant is under 18 years of age, the following additional documents are required:

• Copies of both parents’ passports;
• Copy of the parents’ Marriage Certificate.
