Dr. Ikramuddin Kamil, Acting Consul General of Afghanistan in Mumbai, met with Shri Swapnil Devidas Thorat, Head of the Branch Secretariat and Regional Passport Officer, Ministry of External Affairs, Mumbai.

Both sides discussed bilateral issues and matters of mutual interest, and agreed to enhance cooperation and strengthen bilateral relations.
